The Soundarya College of Law ADR Society , Conducted a workshop on 12 November 2024 titled “Exploring ADR modern solutions for conflict resolution “The speaker Shri Prasad Subbanna ( advocate mediator ,and master trainer )delivered an engaging presentation onthe process and benefits of mediation, emphasizing that it empowers individuals to communicate effectively, understand one another, and collaborate on solutions. He clearly outlined each step in mediation, from creating a neutral environment and setting ground rules to encouraging active listening and fostering openness to creative solutions.
The Q&A session was highly effective in providing additional value to the audience. It allowed participants to clarify points from the presentation, ensuring that everyone was left with a clear understanding of the topic. The interactive nature of the session encouraged engagement, making the audience feel more involved and valued.
