Report on Signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Mediation

In a significant move to promote collaborative learning and advance alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, Soundarya College of Law signed an MOU with Mohit Mokal Mediation. This partnership aims to equip students with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in mediation, offering hands-on exposure to real-world dispute resolution processes.

The key objectives of the MOU are:

1. To provide structured training programs in mediation.
2. To establish a mediation centre on campus for practical learning and application.
3. To organize joint workshops, seminars, and competitions related to mediation and arbitration.
4. To promote research and development in the field of alternative dispute resolution.

The formal signing of the MOU was conducted in the presence of dignitaries, including Mr Keerthan kumar- CEO, Dr Rajashree -Principal ,Mr Vishwas Puttaswamy -Vice Principal, and Mohit Mokal from MMM.
