Report on the Mediation and Negotiation Workshop

On 7th December 2024, the Soundarya college of Law, Arbitration and Mediation Committee successfully organized a workshop on Mediation and Negotiation, conducted by the renowned expert, Mr. Mohit Mokal .The workshop was designed to enhance participant’s understanding and skills in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, particularly focusing on practical applications of mediation and negotiation techniques
Participants actively engaged in role-playing exercises that simulated real-world mediation and negotiation scenarios. These activities provided hands-on experience, allowing participants to apply theoretical concepts in practical situations.
