Ms. Damini M has a Gold Medal in LL.M. (Business & Corporate Law) from REVA University, and a BBA LL. B (Hons.) from Presidency University, Bengaluru). Over the years, she has gained practical experience through internships at several premier law firms in Bangalore, including Touchstone Partners, Kochhar & Co, ALMT Legal, and ANRA Associates and contributing to the Smile Foundation. She also served as a faculty in the School of Legal Studies at REVA University and coordinated alumni relations.

Her research has been published in blogs and journals on topics such as CIRP during the pandemic, environmental taxes, the doctrine of hot pursuit in international law, and debt capital market regulation- earning accolades including the Legal Merit Award and contributions to the volume Global Thoughts and Opinions under Justice Dipak Mishra. She has received awards for moot court competitions, debating, and speaking, and holds certifications in negotiation, citizenship and rule of law, and decision-making ethics from the University of Michigan and the University of London. She brings strong skills in drafting, research, and article writing. I’m passionate about merging legal education with a practical approach to empower students and contribute meaningfully in the realms of policy and corporate law.
