The 36th YMCA Model Parliament Competition was held on 6th and 7th November 2025 at YMCA, Bengaluru. The event brought together student delegates from several reputed colleges across Karnataka to simulate parliamentary proceedings and deliberate on pressing national issues through debate, discussion, and policy drafting. Soundarya College of Law enthusiastically participated in this prestigious event, fielding six teams comprising students from both 3-Year and 5-Year LL.B. programs. The teams demonstrated commendable preparation, knowledge of legislative procedures, and debating skills throughout the sessions. Among the participating teams, the 5-Year B.A., LL.B. First Year Team of Soundarya College of Law delivered an outstanding performance and secured the Runners-Up position in the overall competition.
